Job summary

RAW Nutrition is seeking a Procurement Analyst to own raw ingredient sourcing, contract management, and cost tracking. You will monitor COGS against budgets, drive CM1 performance, and ensure supplier terms align with strategic goals across a high-velocity SKU catalog.

You will collaborate with finance, operations, and formulation teams to model ingredient costs, benchmark pricing, and optimize rebates. This role offers growth in a dynamic, athlete‑driven company focused on performance nutrition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain finance in a high-velocity CPG environment.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to tie procurement decisions to COGS and CM1 outcomes.
• Experience managing supplier contracts, pricing tiers, rebates, and renewal cycles.
• ERP experience with NetSuite or SAP is preferred and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Track actual COGS versus budgeted targets at SKU and category levels to monitor CM1 performance.
• Negotiate pricing and terms; manage a centralized contract repository with key terms and renewal windows.
• Build dashboards to provide real-time visibility of CM1, costs, and variance drivers for leadership.
• Support annual budgeting by projecting ingredient costs based on contracts and market trends.
