Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with supplier quality processes including audits and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Lead sourcing and procurement activities for assigned commodities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting.
• Monitor and mitigate commodity shortages and supply risks to ensure business continuity.
• Conduct supplier capacity assessments and support supplier survey planning to ensure production readiness.
• Evaluate and qualify suppliers in alignment with Teledyne standards and business requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and drive corrective actions for underperforming suppliers.
• Manage supplier corrective actions, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
• Conduct supplier audits for qualification, ongoing monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Act as liaison between Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to resolve supplier-related issues.
• Support non-conformance management activities and supplier-related investigations.
• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing on new product introduction (NPI), including supplier readiness and process validation.
• Recommend supplier process and capability improvements to enhance quality, delivery, and efficiency.
• Support strategic or segmented procurement approaches for critical or high-risk components.
• Provide reporting and analysis on supplier performance and sourcing metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
