• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to support new product programs and achieve cost, quality, delivery, and margin objectives.
• Lead supplier selection and negotiations, including LTAs and pricing strategies.
• Ensure supply continuity and mitigate supplier and supply-chain risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Brands, Lifecycle, Legal, Logistics) to meet revenue and program objectives.
• Manage ERP readiness and pricing alignment for product launches and ongoing execution.
