Job summary

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, master data stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration to improve cost, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience required.
• Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and cost optimization.
• Experience with ERP data and master data management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Define sourcing strategy to optimize cost and capital.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers; manage RFQ processes.
• Collaborate with engineering on new product development related to sourcing base.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost improvements.
• Support CSR activities.
