Job summary

CNH Industrial America LLC is seeking a Commodity Manager in Oak Brook, IL to develop and execute sourcing strategies for Powertrain Controls and Thermal components. You will lead global and regional strategy, manage spend, and drive cost reductions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of progressive procurement experience, including SAP Ariba/SAP S/4HANA MM, Power Platform, and PPAP/APQP. Hybrid work up to 3 days/week in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, electrical/industrial engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of progressive experience as a Product Buyer or related role.
• Experience with SAP Ariba/SAP S/4HANA MM and WIPS/ENG tools.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and PPAP/APQP/DFMEA/PFMEA.
• Ability to develop and govern strategic sourcing programs and cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Powertrain Controls and Thermal components.
• Lead the North American sourcing strategy aligned with global roadmaps.
• Own the commodity budget and forecast financial results.
• Drive cost reductions, supplier negotiations, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee SSP implementation and tariff management across tiers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in logistics engineering / electrical & electronic engineering / supply chain engineering or related field
