Job summary

Zohorecruit in Commerce, CA seeks a Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Supervisor to lead supplier sourcing for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, while optimizing costs and negotiating contracts. You will build a diversified supplier base, run RFQ/RFP processes, monitor KPIs, and partner with legal to ensure compliant contracts.

The role supports import and domestic procurement operations and reports to the SCM Purchasing Manager.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in procurement and strategic sourcing
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience with international sourcing and import operations
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
• ERP/SAP/SRM system experience (preferred)
• Working proficiency in Korean (reading and writing) (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Leads supplier sourcing activities for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new domestic and international suppliers.
• Develop and maintain a competitive and diversified supplier base.
• Conduct RFQ/RFP processes and benchmark supplier pricing and capabilities.
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
• Cost Management & Negotiation: Lead price, MOQ, lead time, and payment term negotiations.
• Analyze cost structures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and execute annual cost reduction and value improvement plans.
• Monitor market trends and material cost fluctuations.
• Contract & Compliance Management: Lead contract development and renewal with legal teams.
• Ensure all procurement contracts reflect negotiated terms and company policies.
• Monitor supplier compliance with quality, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Support audit and documentation requirements.
• Data Analysis & Performance Management: Track supplier KPIs including cost, quality, delivery, and service level.
• Prepare sourcing and procurement performance reports.
• Support inventory optimization and demand planning initiatives.
• Support new product development through early supplier involvement.
• Align sourcing strategies with business growth plans.
