Job summary

Lighthouse Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to develop enterprise agreements and sourcing strategies for commodities and quoted packages across major projects.

You will collaborate with estimating, project management, and scheduling to secure pricing and lead times on quoted packages. Lead procurement activities, manage long-lead items, and forecast demand while negotiating favorable terms with distributors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of purchasing, project management, or supply chain experience (electrical or construction industry preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar data and automation tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Workday, Foundation, Vista, Remarkable, or similar).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enterprise agreements and sourcing strategies for commodities and quoted material packages.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Project Management, and Scheduling to get pricing and lead time on quoted packages.
• Maintain the project procurement log to track major material packages and long-lead items.
• Forecast future demand for material and negotiate pricing, terms, and rebate programs with key distributors and vendors.
• Develop dashboards and reports to share cost, forecast, and market insights with leadership.
