Job summary

the company is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager for a remote-first position based in India. You will lead indirect sourcing across software, external workforce, professional services, HR, events and travel, driving category strategies and large-scale procurement improvements.

You will negotiate complex contracts, manage supplier performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to align with business roadmaps while navigating multi-category supplier ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or Operations.
• 7+ years in a senior procurement role.
• Experience building category strategies to deliver savings.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen for dashboards and spend data.
• Knowledge of contract language (MSAs, DPAs, maintenance).
• Cross-functional leadership and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost savings plans for multiple categories, focusing on sourcing and supplier consolidation.
• Partner with stakeholders to map roadmaps and create sourcing pipelines and supplier strategies.
• Analyze industry trends to advise pricing, supplier optimization and market compression.
• Lead contract negotiations with new or existing suppliers to achieve lowest total cost.
• Measure supplier performance against negotiated SLAs and drive improvements.
• Drive RFIs and RFPs, review proposals with legal, security and compliance teams, manage bid-to-contract.
• Influence internal stakeholders to optimize value, cost and vendor performance.
• Support additional categories as needed (professional services, HR, real estate, software, travel).
• Deliver complex S2P improvement projects and other initiatives.
