Job summary

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Experience in contracting and supplier negotiations.
• Strong financial analysis and market research skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a moderate- to high-complexity portfolio of national agreements to optimize quality, value, utilization, and financial performance.
• Develop category strategies, negotiation plans, RFP approaches, and sourcing initiatives based on client needs and market dynamics.
• Lead supplier negotiations and support agreement implementation and portfolio optimization.
• Provide market intelligence, strategic insights, and contract guidance to clients and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze pricing, utilization, spend, market intelligence, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships and business reviews to improve performance and develop value-focused initiatives.
• Partner with marketing, legal, finance, field teams, and advisory solutions to align strategies with client needs.
• Facilitate client and supplier engagement to gather input and communicate contract developments.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, revenue plans, and performance measures.
• Create and deliver category communications and presentations on trends and enhancements.
