Brunswick is seeking a collaborative, analytical Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support indirect procurement across the enterprise. You will research suppliers, manage RFPs/RFQs, negotiate terms, and work with internal stakeholders to develop contracts while focusing on total cost of ownership and supplier performance.

The role covers categories such as corporate travel, vehicles, logistics, real estate, and purchasing cards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business, or a related field (equivalent relevant experience may be considered).
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, procurement, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in one of Corporate Travel, Vehicles, Logistics, or related indirect categories.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Lead or support supplier research, market analysis, and supplier qualification.
• Develop and administer RFPs and RFQs; analyze proposals and recommend sourcing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, service levels, and other terms to achieve total cost of ownership goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support contract development and purchasing agreements.
• Create and review POs; process indirect invoices; support procurement operations.
• Build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders across functions and divisions.
• Define and monitor KPIs; use data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
