Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing, purchasing, procurement experience.
• Experience in Corporate Travel, Vehicles, or Logistics.
• Experience supporting indirect categories, sourcing events, supplier negotiations, or procurement operations.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier research, market analysis, and supplier qualification.
• Develop and administer RFPs and RFQs; analyze proposals and select suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, service levels, and other terms to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to finalize purchasing agreements.
• Create and review purchase orders in Oracle; process designated indirect invoices.
• Administer programs supporting procurement operations (logistics, real estate, cards, travel).
• Maintain supplier relationships and address performance issues.
