Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking a collaborative, analytical sourcing professional to support indirect procurement across the enterprise from its Mettawa, IL location. This hybrid role focuses on logistics, travel, vehicle procurement, real estate, and corporate card programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, procurement, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in one of Corporate Travel, Vehicles, Logistics preferred.
• Experience with indirect categories, sourcing events, supplier negotiations, or procurement operations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Experience working with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support supplier research, market analysis, and supplier qualification.
• Develop and administer RFPs and RFQs; analyze proposals and recommend sourcing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, service levels, and other commercial terms to achieve total cost of ownership.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support contract development and purchasing agreements.
• Create and review purchase orders in Oracle; process designated indirect invoices; support daily procurement operations.
• Manage supplier relationships and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
