The position is on-site at our facility in El Segundo, CA. You will lead sourcing events, analyze market data, and develop negotiation strategies to ensure best value and risk mitigation across indirect categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier management is required.
• Excellent proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
• Experience managing the full procurement lifecycle from strategy to supplier management.
• Ability to design and sustain procurement schedules and coordinate projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services to drive value and supplier performance.
• Evaluate and improve sourcing activities by analyzing supplier performance and market conditions.
• Conduct formal market analysis to assess trends and cost drivers for sourcing strategy.
• Develop negotiation strategies, contract structures, and pricing models for best value outcomes.
• Administer sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) and manage supplier negotiations and awards.
• Forecast and plan product and service demand for assigned categories and contracts.
• Implement procedures to evaluate supplier performance, cost competitiveness, and deliverability.
• Manage post-award supplier performance through Supplier Relationship Management.
