Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in supply chain or related field.
• Strong leadership and demonstrated project management skills.
• Negotiations experience with suppliers; ability to influence and close.
• Excellent communication and ability to interface with all levels of management.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and lead engagements across business units.
• Improve performance, optimize efficiency, ensure quality and enable new initiatives.
• Manage and execute sourcing initiatives; communicate with stakeholders across units.
• Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; balance short-term and long-term goals.
• Review data and market trends for key spend categories; inform decisions.
• Negotiate with C-level managers and suppliers; support data-driven decisions.
