Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve multi‑year category strategies, leveraging market intelligence and TCO.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives for complex categories (RFx through contract award).
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations.
• Develop sourcing talent and foster a high‑performance, data‑driven culture.
