Job summary

You will develop RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, guide negotiations with suppliers, and ensure risk controls and regulatory compliance are embedded throughout the sourcing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of financial/business experience, or 6 years combined education/experience.
• Proficiency with procurement software and spreadsheet/database tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with an Executive Sponsor.
• Develop and execute RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs based on business needs.
• Facilitate evaluation and short-listing of vendor proposals.
• Negotiate contracts to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Prepare documentation of savings and impact for executives.
• Support Third-Party Risk Management and vendor approvals.
