Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement or category management.
• Experience leading competitive sourcing events and negotiating contracts.
• Strong spend analysis and supplier evaluation skills.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects including RFx, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze spend data and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate suppliers on cost, quality, service, risk and value.
• Negotiate commercial terms and supplier agreements to drive favorable outcomes.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business needs.
