Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Sourcing Lead III to design and lead high-impact strategies for complex, high-value categories. This senior role combines category expertise with leadership and stakeholder management to deliver strategic sourcing outcomes and long-term value for clients.

You will partner with executive stakeholders, direct cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of digital sourcing tools and analytics.

Qualifications

8+ years of strategic sourcing experience, including leadership roles.
Deep expertise in category management and supplier strategy.
Proven success in client advisory or procurement consulting roles.
Advanced procurement certifications and/or MBA preferred.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and lead high-impact sourcing strategies for complex, high-value categories.
Align sourcing initiatives with client business objectives and procurement transformation goals.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and procurement leadership.
Present sourcing strategies, business cases, and performance outcomes to executive audiences.
Influence stakeholders throughout key decisions and processes.
Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and mentor sourcing leads at all levels.
Contribute to the development of sourcing playbooks, governance frameworks and client-specific practices.
