Qualifications

• Proven ability to build strategic supplier partnerships balancing cost, quality, and service.
• Understanding of employee experience trends and impact on culture and satisfaction.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive value beyond cost savings.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and translating needs into sourcing strategies.
