Job summary

SPG seeks a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Analyst to lead sourcing activities for new product development and current products in designated commodity spaces, working with the Director of Sourcing. You will independently develop and drive Category/Subcategory and Supplier Strategies for non-globally driven categories.

Responsibilities include cost-reduction initiatives, supplier relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize spend and supplier capability across Global and Regional scopes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• BS in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
• APICS certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supplier relationships.
• Manage $30–$50M commodity spend and develop sourcing strategies.
• Lead negotiations and master supplier agreements.
• Analyze purchase volumes to drive supplier consolidation and cost reduction.
• Manage quoting and negotiations.
• Lead supplier selection for Global and Regional strategies for current product and NPD.
• Mentor, coach, and train new Sourcing team members.
