Talent With Heart is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst to lead sourcing activities for new product development and existing products within assigned commodities. You will independently develop and implement category and supplier strategies for non-globally driven categories in collaboration with the Director of Sourcing.

You will drive cost reduction, manage significant spend, lead negotiations, and mentor the sourcing team.

Qualificações

• Expertise in strategic sourcing and commodity management.
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Exposure to castings, metal fabrication, hydraulics, drivetrains, engines, or plastics.
• Knowledge of master supplier agreements and cost breakdown methodologies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of timeline development and cost structures.
• APICS certification would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supplier relationships.
• Manage $30–$50 million commodity spend; develop sourcing strategies.
• Lead negotiations and execute master supplier agreements.
• Analyze purchase volumes to drive supplier consolidation and cost reductions.
• Manage quoting and negotiations for suppliers.
• Lead supplier selection for Global and Regional strategies for current products and New Product Development.
• Mentor and train sourcing team members.
