Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the listed fields or equivalent experience.
• 4 years negotiating contracts, managing stakeholder interests or leading sourcing initiatives.
• 4 years developing sourcing strategies and building supplier relationships.
• 4 years project management in supply chain and procurement.
• Experience with ERP Procure-to-Pay and sourcing systems/tools.
• Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support category manager with complex sourcing initiatives and project milestones.
• Coordinate between Supply Chain teams and network leaders to drive savings.
• Develop requirements, RFx, supplier recommendations, and scoring processes.
• Review supplier proposals, conduct deal reviews, and enable contract execution.
• Analyze supplier finances and credential checks to guide implementations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality customer service.
