Job summary

Deciphera Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Procurement to lead sourcing strategies for clinical trial services in the biotech space. You will manage end-to-end sourcing events, drive cost benchmarking and total cost of ownership analyses, and ensure timely delivery of quality services from external suppliers.

You will negotiate MSAs and SOWs, partner with Legal and cross-functional teams, and oversee supplier performance, risk mitigation, and adherence to GxP and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• 8+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, incl. 4+ years in clinical trials in biotech/pharma.
• Experience negotiating complex clinical service agreements (e.g., CROs, central labs).
• Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for clinical trial services.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
• Lead negotiation of MSAs, SOWs, and change orders; coordinate with Legal.
• Drive supplier performance management and risk mitigation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
