Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, food science, finance or related field required.
• 8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management with leadership experience.
• Experience in domestic food industry and negotiations a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead the buying team and own select high-impact categories and negotiations.
• Set sourcing strategy, allocate work and ensure customer service, growth and margin goals.
• Develop Associate Buyers through coaching and exposure to negotiations.
• Delegate ownership based on capability and maintain clear decision rights.
• Own strategic categories, key suppliers and priority commercialization initiatives.
• Establish category reviews, pipeline and supplier performance processes.
