Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–10 years in foodservice, business or marketing, with supervisory experience.
• Poultry experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred.
• 10+ years in foodservice, business or marketing with leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue objectives in the Poultry category and oversee supplier programs.
• Coordinate with OpCos to optimize market conditions and inventory positions.
• Negotiate and manage supplier terms, rebates, and promotions.
• Develop brand and item strategies and lead cross-functional training.
• Supervise staff in staffing, coaching, and performance management.
