Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Category Lead to manage the development and implementation of procurement strategies across multiple categories.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings, quality, and risk management while maintaining strong supplier relationships. The role requires at least 2 years in strategic sourcing, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a strategic sourcing role.
• Travel 10-30% as required.
• Work schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develops, issues, and manages RFP/bid process for sourcing goods and services to achieve savings.
• Develops, leads, assesses, and executes purchasing strategies as related to commodity material across all business groups.
• Negotiates corporate programs with strategic suppliers and develop new alliances.
• Participates in cost reduction activities and risk mitigation plans.
• Supports internal quarterly vendor reviews and supplier performance.
