Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in purchasing/procurement/supply chain.
• 1–2 years leading projects or mentoring teammates preferred.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and pricing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, procurement software, and MS Office.
• CPSM/CPP or similar certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate daily purchasing activities for timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Review and approve requisitions and purchase orders per policy.
• Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on quality, delivery, and cost.
• Forecast purchasing needs with operations, inventory, and finance stakeholders.
• Monitor and resolve supply chain disruptions and delivery delays.
• Provide guidance and training to purchasing staff; mentor team members.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service levels.
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline procurement processes.
