Job summary

Veeam Software, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across key spend categories. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize supplier performance, drive cost savings, and ensure compliance and value.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing events, assess market data, negotiate terms, and maintain strong supplier relationships. The role requires 5+ years in sourcing within a multinational setting and proficiency with eSourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement in a multinational setting.
• Experience leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Strong analytical skills with spend data interpretation and supplier performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across organizational levels.
• Experience with procurement technologies and eSourcing platforms (Coupa preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, negotiations).
• Perform supplier assessments, market research, and benchmarking.
• Evaluate proposals and present recommendations to decision-makers.
• Manage full contract lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor buyers on sourcing methodologies and best practices.
