Veeam Software is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across key spend categories, partnering with business leaders to deliver measurable results. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement within a multinational organization.
• Proven success leading sourcing events, negotiations, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with stakeholders and Category Managers.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing events including RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, and bids.
• Conduct market research, supplier assessments, and benchmarking to guide recommendations.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and present sourcing recommendations to decision‑makers.
• Build strong supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts and renewal activities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and business teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Maintain procurement records and use eSourcing platforms like Coupa.
