Job summary

Twin Disc, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support manufacturing operations at its Racine, Wisconsin facility.

This role leads supplier ownership for assigned parts, ensures material availability, and maintains optimal inventory levels while tracking supplier performance in JD Edwards (JDE) and related systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive with solid knowledge of supplier relationship management and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, materials management, purchasing, inventory control, or production support.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned suppliers and part numbers; manage forecasts, schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Logistics to resolve shortages.
• Maintain accurate planning data and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate ECN material transitions and supplier implementations.
• Provide updates on supplier performance, inventory status, and risks in daily meetings.
