Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date after the internship ends.
• MBA program with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about AI applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an Intuit office location determined by your team and role (Relocation stipend provided).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel, spreadsheets, basic financial modeling).
• Curiosity about how large organizations build and manage workforce and staffing partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while learning on the job.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives for the partner network that supplies over 10,000 product support and domain experts
• Help develop sourcing strategies and business cases tied to workforce and staffing needs
• Assist with RFPs and proposals to evaluate and select staffing and outsourcing partners
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, learning what it takes to negotiate and manage those relationships
• Research industry trends in staffing, outsourcing, and workforce management to help the team spot new opportunities
• Help analyze cost and workforce data to identify savings and efficiency opportunities
• Contribute to opportunity assessments alongside experienced sourcing leads
