Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation date after the internship.
• Past experience delivering impact across an organization in strategy, business operations, or similar cross-functional roles at a tech company.
• Demonstrated experience designing, building, or implementing AI/ML or automation solutions.
• Structured problem-solving skills with strong business acumen.
• Ability to synthesize complex topics into clear narratives for different audiences.
• Ability to quickly learn new business domains and understand end-to-end processes.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Intuit's Consumer Group senior leaders to develop strategies that solve complex challenges and drive growth.
• Collaborate with platform leaders to influence operating plans and priorities.
• Provide focused analytical support to leaders for operational improvements and rigorous execution.
• Learn from best practices and help scale them across CG.
• Shape and manage CG's operating rhythm and planning processes as part of the Leadership team.
