Job summary

Intuit’s Emerging Talent Internship program offers a 12‑week summer experience in San Diego, designed for students currently enrolled in degree programs. Interns work on meaningful projects within Customer Success and Sales, gaining hands‑on experience in partner strategy, negotiation, and workforce planning.

Participants collaborate with mentors, attend learning opportunities, and connect with a global intern community.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a degree‑seeking program with an expected graduation date after the internship ends
• MBA program with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI tools and a curiosity about how AI can be applied to solve real‑world problems
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis for the duration of the internship
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an Intuit office location determined by your team and role (Relocation stipend will be provided)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel, spreadsheets, basic financial modeling)
• Curiosity about how large organizations build and manage workforce and staffing partnerships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while learning on the job
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work across teams

Responsibilities

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives for the partner network that supplies over 10,000 product support and domain experts
• Help develop sourcing strategies and business cases tied to workforce and staffing needs
• Assist with RFPs and proposals to evaluate and select staffing and outsourcing partners
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, learning what it takes to negotiate and manage those relationships
• Research industry trends in staffing, outsourcing, and workforce management to help the team spot new opportunities
• Help analyze cost and workforce data to identify savings and efficiency opportunities
• Contribute to opportunity assessments alongside experienced sourcing leads
