Responsibilities

• Shadow inbound calls, chats, and appointments with QuickBooks customers.
• Learn a structured discovery process covering accounting, payroll, payments, and bill pay.
• Translate customer needs into a business outcome-driven recommendation.
• Support Desktop customers transitioning to QuickBooks Online and ecosystem attachments.
• Work with Payroll, Payments, Bill Pay, and QuickBooks Expert Services.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for guidance and compliance in real-time.
• Log referral sources and outcomes in CRM/Salesforce.
• Join coaching sessions and call calibration focused on discovery and solution fit.
• Complete a final project presenting learnings on consultative, ecosystem-led selling.
