Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Indirect procurement focus; marketing experience encouraged.
• Experience with AI-powered procurement tools and spend analytics.
• Strong Excel skills to evaluate proposals and spend performance.
• Clear communication with procurement leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including RFP/RFI development and supplier selection.
• Negotiate and draft contracts and statements of work.
• Define commodity and supplier strategies with best-practice processes.
• Track category performance and communicate updates to leadership.
• Support complex strategic initiatives, market analysis, and RFx/auctions.
