Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Product Sourcing Engineer to drive strategic supply network development and cost management across the Mission Autonomy portfolio. You will collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams in engineering, quality, and manufacturing to optimize cost and lead times.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in sourcing engineering or related fields, are willing to travel, and can relocate to Costa Mesa, CA for onsite work. US TS clearance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of software infrastructure and hardware integration.
• Domain expertise of value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work at the component & product level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection for a specific product using approved supplier list.
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development with clear SOWs and joint design efforts.
• Drive BOM development and consolidation with Quality & Manufacturing to ramp production.
• Manage CAPEX throughout NPI and conduct value-stream mapping to optimize lead time and flexibility.
• Lead cost engineering to converge to product cost and manage tariffs/cost inflation.
