Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Product Sourcing Engineer to drive strategic supply network development and cost management for Tactical Recon & Strike products. You will collaborate with suppliers, engineering, quality, and manufacturing to shape requirements and timelines.

You will lead supplier selection, develop should-cost constructs, and manage BOMs, CAPEX, and risk assessments across NPI and production ramp. A strong background in value/procurement engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of electronics and/or mechanical devices.
• Domain expertise of value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work at component/product level.
• Ability to travel 10%–40% of the time, variable by program needs.
• Ability to relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection for a specific product using approved supplier list.
• Collaborate with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development and define requirements.
• Drive development and consolidation of a manufacturing BOM with Quality & Manufacturing.
• Manage CAPEX across NPI and ramp production.
• Lead cost engineering to converge to product cost and optimize TCO.
