Woodward is seeking a Level I/II Supply Chain professional to develop and support supplier strategies, lead ASL creation, and drive cost reductions through VAVE and Lean/Six Sigma. You will manage supplier lifecycles, ensure quality, and support new product launches across global teams.

The role requires 4+ years (Level I) or 8+ years (Level II) of relevant experience, with strong communication, data analysis, and proficiency in tools like Power BI. Travel ~50% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience for Level I.
• 8+ years of relevant experience for Level II.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA and Lean Manufacturing is preferred.

• Level I: Develop and support supply chain and sourcing strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Level I: Act as a technical specialist within assigned product categories and lead creation of an Approved Supplier List (ASL).

• Level II: Lead creation of an Approved Supplier List (ASL) and manage supplier lifecycle.
• Level II: Define and drive source selection decisions consistent with global strategies.
• Level II: Lead supplier discovery efforts and assess new technologies to meet category needs.
• Level II: Support product roadmaps, technical design reviews, and production readiness for new launches.
• Level II: Drive cost reductions through VAVE and Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
• Level II: Deploy quality requirements and tools (PFMEA, SPC, 8D) to ensure supplier compliance.
• Level II: Mentor and train team members and act as escalation point for supplier issues.
• Level II: Manage APQP processes and resolve launch issues proactively.
