Job summary

Woodward is seeking experienced professionals to lead supply chain and sourcing efforts across Level I and Level II roles. The position requires developing supplier strategies, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring readiness for product launches. Travel is approximately 50%.

Ideal candidates have engineering backgrounds, strong data analysis skills, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma methods and quality tools while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience for Level I; 8+ years for Level II.
• ITAR/EAR compliance knowledge and ability to obtain U.S. authorization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support supply chain and sourcing strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Act as a technical specialist within product categories and lead ASL creation.
• Manage supplier lifecycle from discovery through onboarding with quality and cost considerations.
• Lead supplier discovery and assess new technologies to meet category needs and improve production efficiency.
• Support product roadmaps and production readiness for new product launches.
