Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks an experienced Supply Chain Senior Director to lead strategic sourcing for Power and Interconnect categories, ensuring timely, cost-effective production materials. You will guide supplier selection, negotiations, awards, and development while aligning with cost, capacity, inventory, quality and continuity goals.

You will lead a team of Sourcing Managers and collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Planning and Quality to support new platforms and scalable infrastructure

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in strategic sourcing for hardware components.
• Proven track record in negotiating complex supplier agreements.
• Experience managing cross-functional sourcing programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing across power systems, PCBs, cabling and interconnects.
• Develop and execute cost, capacity, inventory, quality and continuity strategies.
• Negotiate awards, select suppliers and drive supplier development and performance.
