Oracle is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Senior Director to lead strategic sourcing for Power and Interconnect categories, driving sourcing strategies that ensure cost-effective material availability across production needs. The role encompasses supplier selection, negotiations, development, and performance management across PCBs, cabling, and interconnect technologies.

• Significant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Power and Interconnect hardware technologies.
• Experience with supplier selection, contracting, negotiations, and performance management.
• Ability to balance cost, capacity, quality, inventory, and continuity of supply.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Experience leading sourcing or supply chain teams.
• BS or MS degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across Power and Interconnect categories.
• Lead supplier assessment, selection, negotiations, and supplier development.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to support competitive outcomes and continuity of supply.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Planning, Quality, and other organisations to align sourcing decisions.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective availability of production materials with appropriate inventory.
• Develop and implement sourcing policies and scalable solutions to reduce costs.
• Coordinate global sourcing and procurement activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate Sourcing Managers and related activities.
