Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Director of Strategic Sourcing for External Manufacturing to lead a global sourcing team and drive strategic supplier decisions for critical hardware.

You will shape category plans, optimize costs, and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align supply with demand while ensuring scalable processes and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing server component hardware.
• Proven ability to lead a sourcing team and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for External Manufacturing across Oracle's global cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and develop a team of Sourcing Managers with coaching and career development.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement to meet business and customer needs.
• Drive supplier performance including capacity, delivery, quality, and cost management.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve supply continuity and reduce costs.
• Partner with Planning, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align supply chain activities with forecasts.
