Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead a four-person Category Manager team and drive end-to-end savings initiatives across IT, Marketing, and G&A. The role focuses on refining Coupa workflows, standardizing intake, and maturing procurement processes to deliver sustained run-rate savings.

You will build strong BU relationships, manage change across the organization, and engage executives with sourcing strategy and results.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering measurable savings against run-rate targets.
• Experience leading and developing a team of Category Managers or similar sourcing professionals.
• Strong procurement/category acumen across diverse spend (IT, Marketing, G&A).
• Experience building relationships with BU stakeholders and leading change management for new strategies/vendors.
• Strong contract management and negotiation expertise.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement/P2P platforms, including intake/approval workflows.
• Experience standardizing and maturing procurement processes in a growing organization.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• BS/BA in IT, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 8+ years in Supply Chain Management.
• 8+ years in Procurement (preferred in operations or strategic sourcing).
• Knowledge of compliance and controls.
• Familiarity with IPO processes and requirements.
• Experience in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end savings process to meet annual run-rate targets.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact savings opportunities.
• Build strong BU relationships and manage change in sourcing strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop four Category Managers.
• Mature standardized procurement processes across the organization.
• Serve as first line of defense in Coupa workflows and approvals.
• Own and improve contract management practices and renewals.
• Maintain relationships with vendors across IT, Marketing, and G&A.
• Engage executive stakeholders on sourcing strategy and savings performance.
• Collaborate with Procure-to-Pay, Real Estate, Travel & Expense teams.
• Pursue continuous improvement and procurement innovation.
