Job summary

Paysafe is seeking a Direct Sourcing Director to lead strategic sourcing for digital payments and merchant services. The role focuses on cost optimization, supplier innovation, and favorable terms to drive value. The position is hybrid and can be based in Jacksonville, FL or London, with three days on-site.

You will build strategic supplier relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and align sourcing strategies with business objectives across Finance, Operations, Technology and Legal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in strategic sourcing or procurement with leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills including working capital strategies.
• Experience in digital payments/fintech sourcing and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Digital Payments platforms and merchants.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts with favorable terms including working capital optimization and rebates.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with business stakeholders.
• Establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers and manage supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Legal to align sourcing with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, data security standards and company policies.
