Job summary

Careers Launch Talent Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Sourcing and Development to shape sourcing for finished construction materials and lead supplier relationships, product development, and quality/compliance initiatives. Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with manufacturers, vendors, buying agents, inspection services, or testing partners.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and supply chain processes, including total cost of acquisition.
• Knowledge of import processes, U.S. customs, international shipping methods, and product safety standards.
• Ability to review vendor terms and contracts and perform retail math and currency conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and supplier relationships aligned with business priorities.
• Lead product development and procurement for finished construction materials.
• Set sourcing objectives based on design requirements, capacity, and cost.
• Improve direct sourcing processes including national sourcing opportunities.
• Evaluate manufacturers, buying agents, inspection services, and testing partners.
• Lead negotiations with domestic and international suppliers.
• Oversee product testing, quality, and compliance processes; drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop associates in sourcing and compliance roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product selection, cost, quality, and delivery.
