Supplied Talent is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive cost savings, supplier quality, and supply chain resilience in a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, with collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will lead supplier negotiations, manage contracts, and track supplier performance while supporting new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management in manufacturing.
• Proven success in supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.
• Experience with ERP systems and sourcing analytics tools.
