Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead a high‑volume sourcing and contracting team across multiple states. You will manage RFPs, negotiations, supplier performance, and contract execution in collaboration with hotel teams, Legal, and Finance.

The role focuses on cost savings, process improvements, and maintaining strong supplier relationships, with opportunities to influence enterprise‑wide sourcing initiatives and e‑bid platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly related supply chain or procurement experience.
• Strong analytical, business process analysis and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Skilled with technology-based systems including spend analytics and e‑procurement tools.
• Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills.
• High motivation and results‑oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sourcing projects, including negotiation strategy, RFP development, supplier selection, business case creation, project management, and contract execution.
• Manage supply contracts to ensure optimal terms, compliance, and coverage.
• Oversee sourcing initiatives across multiple locations, including cross‑functional leadership of competitive bidding events.
• Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of sourced products and services.
• Build and sustain relationships with financial and operational teams to support sourcing strategies.
• Track and report savings, compliance, and variances to the Associate Director of Sourcing, Contracting & Vendor Management.
• Leverage e‑business tools for spend analysis, supplier intelligence, competitive bidding, and contract management.
• Manage supplier relationships and hold vendors accountable for meeting contractual obligations.
