Job summary

JLL is looking for a professional to support Integrated Facilities clients and stakeholders. The role includes managing procurement, ensuring compliance, and providing vital data management via the Sourcing & Procurement platform.

You'll collaborate closely with various teams and be responsible for contract negotiation, supplier relationships, and managing service provider transitions. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and experience in project management.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication and inter-personal skills.
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
• Organization skills with strong analytical ability.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in all MS applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide data entry/management support via Sourcing & Procurement technology platform.
• Ensure required due diligence for supplier on-boarding.
• Manage incoming/outgoing transitions plans for service providers.
• Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management.
• Track all correspondence and authorizations.
