The role guides cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in making informed decisions to balance business continuity and supplier capability.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in strategic sourcing, contract manufacturing governance, and complex negotiations, with strong commercial judgment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field required.
• 12+ years in strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement, or contract manufacturing.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the management model for contract manufacturers and critical suppliers, including governance and performance expectations.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and long-term improvement plans with measurable results.
• Develop sourcing standards, tools, scorecards, and contract alignment to mitigate risk and ensure continuity.
• Negotiate complex or high-risk engagements with clear objectives and concessions.
• Provide mentoring to team members managing suppliers and contract manufacturers.
