Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a Sourcing Consultant to support purchasing and strategic sourcing across direct and indirect goods and services. This contract role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing vendor and lease processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain compliance with company policies, and drive cost-saving opportunities while handling multiple sourcing and contracting activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned spend categories and develop sourcing strategies for products, services, and suppliers.
  • Manage sourcing activities, including supplier selection, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to support cost-effective purchasing decisions and reduce vendor contract risk.
  • Analyze contract data, business objectives, spending patterns, and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support category savings objectives and supplier performance management activities.
  • Develop deal strategies and conduct cost-effective supplier assessments.
  • Manage the end-to-end third-party service provider selection and contracting process.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Manage the lease process from origination through final execution.
  • Ensure required lease documentation is received, reviewed, filed, and executed accurately.
  • Maintain lease administration systems and prepare lease agreements and related contractual documentation.
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, managers, and business partners to ensure appropriate contractual language is incorporated into final agreements.
  • Research and respond to internal and external inquiries related to sourcing, contracts, suppliers, purchasing, and leases.
  • Ensure sourcing and contract activities are completed in accordance with established company policies, procedures, and requirements.

Position Summary
